I have been battling cancer for a few years and now with this pandemic didnt help either, I am now hoping thats a chapter I can close and go on. I'm looking for a better year. Symbolism Statue of Liberty

Add 1 sliced cucumber. Serves 4

Banana Trifle: 1 package vanilla instant pudding,;2 cups milk;,1 pound cake cut into pieces,;1/4 cup marsla or other good sherry or 1/4 cup orange juice or pineapple/orange juice;,2 ripe bananas sliced.; Make up pudding according to instructions,chill for an hour,Take 1 quart dish, line bottom and sides with cake then sprinkle with 2 tablespoon of wine or juice. Cover bottom with banana slices cover with 1/3 pudding, with a layer of cake a tablespoon of juice. keep repeating, reserveing a few banana slices for top of the last layer of pudding, cover with plastic and chill at least an hour.

Hello everyone, I have been thinking about anger, resentment, and forgiveness and how there was a time not so long ago when women were expected to act as if they never felt anger or resentment and to behave as if they could forgive without hesitation. I am glad that we do not raise our daughters today to be so closed off from reality. I still find value in forgiveness, but I also see a certain value in the darker emotions. Anger and resentment can motivate us to change our circumstances and to get away from bad situations. Anger and resentment can also help us to stand up for ourselves and for those less fortunate. But it also feels so much better once we have moved on and gotten to the other side of anger and can begin to allow forgiveness to wash over our souls. Energy Work

Greetings All,

It has been a while since I have posted any thing.

I have a question for the group: Three nights ago, I was working with Light Energy, White, Silver and Gold, nothing new, but this time I intensified the Working, (my own methods, not from a book or anothers' way of working). It was very uplifting. But, the day after and the day after that, my emotions were intense, and not the good kind, I blew up at my mother when I was speaking with her, both days, said things I do not normaly say, etc., and, to make things worse, I had thoughts of suicide both days.

I have heard, in the past, of Yogis saying there are certain intense Energy Work which one should not try alone, because they can cause one to become unstable. Now, I am wondering if the reason I experienced these things is because I just was not ready. I really do not know any thing about Kundalini, but, in my own way and methods, I have learned to work with higher energies, but just not to the intensity to which I did that night.

Now, my question: Has any one else had any negative experiences working with "Higher Energies" similar to what I experienced ?
