the impacts of global warming are a part of daily life across the United States.
It is crucial that you join the March because the consequences of doing nothing are unimaginable.
It affects everyone. Young, old, rich, poor, urban, rural, right wing, left wing,
those in the middle. Global warming is a national security problem, an
economic problem, and a public health problem. And it's not going to get better
unless we act now.
And so we need all Americans to join together and urge our leaders to take
action to stop global warming. Leading scientists, political and religious leaders,
prominent Americans and concerned citizens have joined but we can't achieve
our goals without you. It is through our numbers and personal stories that we will spur our community, government and business leaders to take action against global warming.

Analogy of Being of One God

AN ANALOGY OF ONE BEING GOD...
I awoke one day to find I have all the power in the Universe, but I am completely alone.
I asked myself, what shall I do with all my power, I am all alone with no one to play with.
So I decided I would divide myself up into an infinite amount of different things.
I will become an infinite multitude of conscious and unconscious entities/objects.
Everything shall be apart of me. I will take all of the parts of myself which are conscious,
and make them temporarily forget the whole of myself. I shall through out eternity
play an endless game of "hide and seek" with myself. I will make this illusionary
game so realistic that when I play the part of a human, I will not realize that all the
other humans I interact with are simply parts of myself.
I will play this game through out eternity for I have nothing else to do but play.
I will experience every possible experience, for I live forever. Being that I know all things,
I know the out come ofeach experience I will have. The whole of myself understands this,
but now I shall take the whole of myself and go back to sleep, and forever allow the parts of myself to dream/play forever.

Hurricane Relief

For those who donnae' know me, just call me Shadow... I'm from the Domain and Realms: a micronation dedicated to all things magickal...But I'm not here tonight to talk about the Domain and Realms...But about the people - both magickal and mundane - who have suffered the wrath of Hurricane Katrina... And how I'm working to help the people down there and along the Gulf Coast as best as possible... Particularly for the children who have suffered...For those of you who believe in magick, I encourage you to use what magick you posess and focus it towards the healing of the Gulf Coast however you can... However your heart and soul guides you to... Whether you be Christian, pagan, or otherwise... They are not refugees... I am Domani... but I am still an American... They are our people... They need our help... As much as we can give...I also enocurage more mundane help in the form of donations to the American Red Cross towards hurricane releif, either in the form of money, food, or clothing... As some of you may not know Handfasting is not a Wedding Ceremonie, But an agreement between to people who love each other and want to sign a contract for that love, and live together for a year and a day. After that year and a day, you then may choose to participate in a Wedding ceremonie or go your separate ways. Which ever you decide. Your decision is between you and you's alone. If I have learned anything in the past month, it is not to depend on others' opionion to validate my value as a Witch.
Denise has had a interesting experience. One of her friends had been at the graveyard visiting her mother's grave.. The vietnam Memorial Moving Wall was there. The friend felt very ill when she was near the wall. Later that day she saw the image of a redheaded young man asking for help. His name was Andy. The friend called Denise, Denise called me. We met the friend at the graveyard. I found the young man's name on the wall. He was born in 1944 and died in 1970. I obtained a printout on the young man. We found another grave of a WW1 soldier also named Andy. He was born in 18 something and died in 1985. We did a meditation with the old soldier leading the young soldier to the other side. Everything just seemed to fall into place-56on

The Most Serious Problem to Forming a Coven

I see the most serious problem to be Apprehension. An individual, unable to comprehend the concept of a coven's existence, thereby possessing unidentifiable ulterior motives, in their own desires to be an integral part of the group, could pose a dangerous partnership.
Perhaps these persons would fall into the following categories, both based in fear:

2. Ignorance

Whats New at The Mystic Candle

This summer has been Great. But it is slowly coming to an end. Will the shop stay open for the winter months? Good Question. I guess it is too soon to tell. I would hope to be open on weekends and maybe one or two nights a week. But I guess it depends on the urgency of customers. Last winter it was by phone call, sure I will meet you there and let you in. No problem. Late night visits at the shop were ok for my self or my daughter.

Has anyone noticed the beaded curtains. They sure do look pretty in a doorway or even hanging in a window, has that come to mind.

I know I have seen lots of new faces this year. But I surely do welcome my friends as well. I am always happy to see a familiar face.

And I know they love to come and visit and see their friend Clovis. For he always has to say hello and a welcome back to all his friends.

I have new little Fairies and Egyptian Statues in the shop also you may want to see.

Also MoonPanther has a published book in the shop. It is filled with recipes and making of incenses and even drinks. Even words of Wisdom. Hey check out her book, it is for a fundraiser. And what is more better than that.

Cajun Game Warden

Cajun Game Warden> A Cajun was stopped by a game warden in South Louisiana recently with two ice chests of fish. He was leaving a bayou well known for its fishing.The game warden asked the man, "Do you have a license to catch those fish?" Naw, ma fren, I ain't got none of dem, no. Dese here are ma pet fish."Pet fish?"Ya. Avery night I take dese here fish down to de bayou and let dem swim 'round for a while. Den I whistle and dey jump rat back inta dis here ice chest and I take dem home."That's a bunch of hooey! Fish can't do that!" The Cajun looked at the game warden for a moment and then said, "It's de truth ma' fren. I'll show you. It really works." Okay, I've GOT to see this!" The Cajun poured the fish into the bayou and stood and waited. After several minutes, the game warden turned to him and said, "Well?"Well, what?" said the Cajun. When are you going to call them back?"Call who back?"The FISH!"What fish?" We in Louisiana may not be as smart as some, but we aren't as dumb as most.
