Hi, I am going to my surgeon tomorrow

I am going to do a conseltation with my surgeon tomorrow. I need my gallstones
out.(They are very painful).

I was wondering if there was a calming ritual I could do before hand because I
am soo nervous, I have never needed surgery in my life, well except to get my
tubes tied, which now I regret.

So can someone either send me a calming ritual or some positive energy my way. I
could really use it.
