Recipe of the Week
Banana Trifle: 1 package vanilla instant pudding,;2 cups milk;,1 pound cake cut into pieces,;1/4 cup marsla or other good sherry or 1/4 cup orange juice or pineapple/orange juice;,2 ripe bananas sliced.; Make up pudding according to instructions,chill for an hour,Take 1 quart dish, line bottom and sides with cake then sprinkle with 2 tablespoon of wine or juice. Cover bottom with banana slices cover with 1/3 pudding, with a layer of cake a tablespoon of juice. keep repeating, reserveing a few banana slices for top of the last layer of pudding, cover with plastic and chill at least an hour.
